A thorough, high-quality repair job is a complex process, one that demands excellent service, outstanding workmanship, and the utmost attention to detail. At Heritage Body and Frame, we strive to apply those values every step of the way – from the moment you bring your auto in for an estimate, to the day you drive off the lot as good as new.

Preparing the Estimate

When you’re facing a sudden and unexpected auto repair, the last thing you need is more stress. So, at Heritage, we strive to make the repair process as painless as possible – starting with the estimate.

If you’ve been in an accident or have sustained damage to your auto, just stop by any Heritage location for a free estimate. Or, if your insurance company uses a mobile estimating app to streamline the process of filing a claim, you can submit documentation with just a few taps on your phone. At Heritage, we work with all insurance companies. All we need is a copy of the online or mobile estimate to get the ball rolling.

Body Work and Mechanical Repairs

After the estimate is complete and the work is approved, we schedule your vehicle for repair and move it into our body shop, where our I-Car-certified technicians remove any parts in need of replacement or repair, and we begin work. To ensure work is performed to the highest standard, our technicians receive the latest training in high-tech systems and components that power today’s fine autos.

And, because we strive for complete customer satisfaction, we’re more than just a body shop – Heritage is a comprehensive, full-service repair shop, able to handle a wide range of automotive mechanical repairs. It’s our goal to get your auto back on the road as close to pre-accident condition as possible.

Paint and Polish

As the final step in the process, after all body and mechanical work is complete, we move your auto into our paint shop. We use the industry-leading PPG Global Refinish System, known for high performance, durability, and second-to-none color matching. To achieve the best possible color match and get your auto looking as good as new, our PPG-certified painters work with the latest in computerized color-matching technology before applying fresh paint.
