Hail damage is a fact of life here in Texas – but repairing this damage doesn’t have to come with a hefty price tag. For hail damage and other minor damage that does not break the paint, like shopping cart dents, door dings or small collision damage, paintless dent repair (PDR) can be an inexpensive alternative to more comprehensive body work. PDR uses specialized tools and precision methods to remove dents from the underside of the body panel.

Not all dents can be repaired using paintless dent removal, and many factors impact the cost of a repair, including the construction of the vehicle, and the size, depth, and location of the dent. To bring down the total cost of your repair while maintaining the high quality of workmanship you expect, Heritage Body and Frame will use PDR where we can, and proceed with conventional body shop repairs where we must.

Following all collision repairs, your auto moves into our paint shop to get it ready to hit the road looking as good as new.

Our state-of-the-art paint shop uses the PPG Global Refinish System, a product line designed to ensure high performance and outstanding color matching. Among all PPG products, the Global Refinish System is the top choice of OE manufacturers.

To find the perfect color match, our PPG-certified painters work with computerized color-matching technology that uses factory color codes to ensure a match. And, to get as close as possible to the original factory finish, we use the same modern, high-tech water-based paint systems that are used by today’s top auto manufacturers.

All painting and refinishing work comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects and product failure, for as long as you own the vehicle.

To serve you around the clock, Heritage Body and Frame partners with trusted local towing companies to offer 24-hour towing assistance.

During regular business hours (7:30am–5:30pm, Monday through Friday), please call Heritage Body and Frame directly at 512-257-1885, and we will assist with setting up tow service and having a truck dispatched to your location.

After hours, please call Lakeside Towing at 512-266-8620, or Leander Towing at 512-663-6833, and just let them know which Heritage location you wish to have your vehicle towed to.

Lakeside Towing and Leander Towing are both on police rotation in the North Austin area, to meet local police departments’ standards of safety, accountability, and fast response time. If you’re in a collision on the road, and the police department asks which auto body collision repair shop you want to have your vehicle taken to, tell them Heritage Body and Frame!

We offer 24-hour secured storage for voluntary towing – we are not a vehicle impound service, but we do work with towing companies to assist you, and we will keep your vehicle safe until your insurance company can take a look at it.
